How does your pricing work?
IQ Harvest pricing is per-user, per-month. The Free plan costs $0 for up to 25 users. Epic is $5/user/month for up to 500 users with advanced features. Legendary is custom pricing for MSPs and enterprise organizations with unlimited users and dedicated support.
What's included in each plan?
Free includes tool inventory, basic dashboards, compliance alerts, and Core Pulse updates. Epic adds benchmarking, ROI dashboards, an in-app AI tutor, and community access. Legendary includes everything in Epic plus advanced compliance reporting, a private enterprise community, and dedicated account support.
Do you offer annual billing or prepay discounts?
Yes. Annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly. We also offer volume discounts for larger deployments. Contact sales for details on prepay options.
When will I be billed, and what payment methods do you accept?
Billing occurs at the start of each billing cycle. We accept all major credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and wire transfers for annual Enterprise plans.
Is there a free tier or trial?
Yes! The Free plan is free forever for up to 25 users with no credit card required. You also get a 14-day free trial of Epic features when you sign up.
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. There are no cancellation fees or long-term contracts. Changes take effect immediately.
Do you offer nonprofit, education, or startup discounts?
Yes. We offer special pricing for qualified nonprofits, educational institutions, and early-stage startups. Contact our sales team at sales@iqharvest.com for details.
How do you handle data privacy and security?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never access or store your employees' AI conversations. IQ Harvest only tracks which tools are being used and whether they comply with your policies. Enterprise plans include SSO/SAML, custom data residency, and SOC 2 compliance.
